"RED" band poster!

I wanted to emphasize the three color that creates the most pop in an image. Between the layering and using simple solid-colored images, it allows the image to scream more graphic. I changed some things from my original sketch such as the roots development and the placement of the name. I decided that by putting the white "RED" in the middle of the poster will speak more than if it were to be at the bottom of the page blending in with the white roots.

SKETCH FOR MY BAND!

As for my fictional band, I'm going to call it, RED, a pop rock band. From the name, I didn't want to make the poster dominantly red. So I want to utilize the 3 colors that pop most, red, white, and black. To keep it simple, I wanted a big hand to be yanking the Eiffel Towers from its roots. It's disturbing the peace yet the simplicity brings a quiet moment much like the band itself. There are dead trees in the back to represent the time for rebirth. The Eiffel Tower is moving to a better place where things aren't dead. The revival is what this music is supposed to be about. The name will be equally spaced on the bottom across the page. For the majority of the page, I wanted to stick to the same color theme. Therefore, the trees will be a silhouette red as a part of the background while the photo shopped photo montage will be the hand and the tower itself.
